In support of EACH and Uniting successfully winning the Monash Health tender for the EIPSR (Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response) RESART program, we are very pleased to announce several new career opportunities to support this new, exciting and innovative partnership.
The RESTART program will lead a new way of supporting people with psychosocial issues specifically working to support our clients in their personal recovery journey, achieve set goals, increase independence, functionality and community connections. We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Program Manager within a community setting to take on this key role and further develop their career with EACH.
You will be responsible for leading, providing direction and managing the RESTART program to achieve a high level of service delivery whilst working flexibly and collaboratively across the EIPSR and other EACH services.
Ideally, you will be skilled at and have experience in leadership and management of Mental Health and/or AOD services with proven effective collaboration skills with clients, families, colleagues, stakeholders and other service providers.
Previous experience in delivery of community mental health services in partnership with clinical mental health services. whilst applying relevant legislation, related policy and awareness of current trends in mental health service delivery.
You will use your skills in mental health services interventions in responding to consumers with complexity of needs and at risk. Efficient fiscal management in a community setting, strong written and verbal communication skills, the establishment of targets for program areas will be a focus in this role, encouraging strong results and supporting the development of new programs.
You'll build relationships with the community and with key stake holders as you establish plans for successful rollout of the program, participate in recruitment, deliver strong leadership and people management, confirm operational agreements and data reporting. You will also be managing budgets and overseeing expenditure. With the knowledge you'll build of EACH's internal and external services, you'll be confident in building partnerships and understanding our practice.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 -$110,000 per annum.
