What we are looking for in you
- Post graduate qualifications in palliative care (or working towards)
- Experience in working in end-of-life care, community setting, or similar - desirable
- Current VIC Driver’s license and occasional use of own car
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div. 1
- Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care
- Up to date vaccinations as per relevant government mandates for health care workers
- On Call roster and some weekend work availability
