What we are looking for in you

• Post graduate qualifications in palliative care (or working towards)
• Experience in working in end-of-life care, community setting, or similar - desirable
• Current VIC Driver’s license and occasional use of own car
• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div. 1
• Passion for holistic person-centred nursing care
• Up to date vaccinations as per relevant government mandates for health care workers
• On Call roster and some weekend work availability
