About the role

We are searching for an experienced and qualified inventory controller to provide support to the Inventory Manager in the effective and efficient management of Inventory at Eastern Health. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory analyses, review & reporting supply / demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.

Working closely and positively collaborating with all stakeholders in providing support in system updates and inventory control, you will be part of a team that makes a real difference.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite (Minimum of Intermediate Level)
• Previous experience in WMS/Database management system (Data entry, transactions etc)
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Sound problem solving, attention to detail and documenting skills
• Demonstrated understanding of customer service of internal and external customers and is committed to effectively meet their needs in a helpful and professional manner.
• Ability to propose and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
