Energetics is Australia’s leading climate change management consultancy with around 100 staff spread across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. As we continue to grow our consulting workforce, we also need to grow our in-house IT team in order to maintain the first class support that is currently provided.

Core responsibilities

This role supports the IT Senior Manager by:

  • Ensuring all staff IT requests are dealt with in a timely manner and with consistent satisfaction
  • Helping to set up new users with hardware and software requirements
  • Assisting with troubleshooting a variety of issues including network, routers, Microsoft applications and printers
  • Assisting staff with cloud application enquiries

About you

We are ideally looking for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a Level 1/2 IT support role, who approaches day to day IT challenges with a can-do attitude. Ultimately, you love dealing with people just as much as you do systems, and nothing satisfies you more than solving a problem.

Qualifications in IT, Network Engineering or Computer Science are essential, with additional IT certifications such as Cisco, VMware, or Microsoft considered highly advantageous.
