Who we are

Epilepsy Smart Australia is an Australian Government funded project to develop and implement a national program to deliver high quality epilepsy-related services and supports throughout Australia.   The project is supported through a national partnership of epilepsy organisations in all States and Territories. About you

With a background in project coordination you will join a national project management team committed to improving outcomes for people living with epilepsy. You will work with the national team on a portfolio of projects that change over time to meet the evolving needs of the program.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Communicate with key stakeholders and assist with coordination of working groups and committees to support project implementation
• Prepare project status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers
• Support team to plan, prioritise, resource, implement and monitor projects, with focus on adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines
• Oversee specific projects to ensure successful implementation

The project management team is based in Melbourne however given the national nature of the Program you may work from anywhere within Australia.
