EPIC Support Services assists individuals living with significant and complex Mental Health conditions to lead meaningful lives. EPIC specialises in NDIS Mental Health Support Services and we are passionate and dedicated to working with vulnerable people and making sure that they don’t slip through the cracks.
We are currently seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator in the Northern to South Eastern Melbourne suburbs.
The Support Coordinator assists NDIS participants to build the skills they need to understand, implement and use their NDIS plan. The Support Coordinator will work with participants to engage with supports to increase their capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included their community. Support Coordinators also assist participants who have high or complex needs to help manage challenges in their support environment which may include health, education, or justice services. The support coordinator aims to reduce barriers to participants implementing or using their NDIS plan.
All staff must complete an NDIS worker screening check prior to commencement in the role.
