  • Salary will depend on skills and experience, ranging from $71,128 to $82,045 (pro-rata) - Plus superannuation

EveryMan Australia is a not-for-profit organisation for men, and for their partners and families. We specialise in working with men who live with high and complex needs related to drug and alcohol use, mental health conditions, Acquired Brain Injury, intellectual and other disabilities.

The men we work are often involved with the justice system, at risk of homelessness, using violence to partners, family or in the community, or dealing with their own childhood or adult experiences of violence or sexual abuse.

What will you be doing?

Working in accommodation-related support and outreach services with men, their partners and families in our Men's Accommodation & Support Services, and with individuals and families in our Indigenous Services & Accommodation programs.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience working in a case management framework
  • Experience in direct case work with clients with complex needs
  • Flexibility, resilience, and great teamwork and communication skills
  • Capacity to work sensitively and impartially with people experiencing considerable challenges and stress
