Field is a boutique provider of training and development in the Community Services sectors, specialising in Disability Services and Aged Care.

We have been a national Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and professional development provider for more than 20 years.

Our industry alignment and expertise allows us to provide quality, robust, sector driven training services to both our own organisation and many industry partners.

Field are looking for experienced and vibrant contract trainers to join our fun, dynamic and hardworking team.

We deliver:

• CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
• CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
• CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
• CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing

We are also seeking trainers who can deliver a range of industry short courses including, but not limited to:

• Behaviours of concern
• Bowel care
• Peg feeding
• Epilepsy Management

To be considered, you must have:

• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 (equivalent or higher);
• Relevant skills and qualification/s in what you are looking to deliver:
• Current industry knowledge and demonstrated practical work experience in the industry;
• A passion for providing captivating, quality training and robust assessment practices;
• Good computer skills and a sound understanding of the Office Suite;
• Adept organisational skills;
• Good administration skills;
• Working with Children Check (WWC) and a current Police Check;
• Problem solving and time management skills;
• A can do attitude and willingness to be flexible.

If you have delivered other industry training (Manual Handling, Infection Control, First Aid, Medication – to name a few!) this would be an advantage, together with your knowledge of VET, ASQA and Skills First funding.
