What you’ll do

  • Assist the Regional Manager with undertaking Neighbourhood Assessments and the implementation of Community Food Plans for your region.
  • Develop and manage strong positive relationships with new and existing community partners including local charities and community organisations via regular visits and phone and electronic communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ongoing program support to ensure our community partners receive guidance, resources and food to successfully deliver food programs.
  • Manage Program administration including community food partner records, contacts and lists in our CRM systems.

  • Ideally, you have experience working with community organisations, and an excellent track record of relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experienced in using a CRM, preferably Salesforce, and organising complex information in an accessible format.

  • Ability to work outside of normal office hours and travel within metro and regional areas regularly.
  • Organised & adaptable, with the ability to prioritise work to get things done.
