• This is a part time position - approximately 32 hours/week.

Foundation House is a 20 bed residential rehabilitation facility for male and female Alcohol, Drug and Problem Gambling clients located in the peaceful grounds of Callan Park, Rozelle.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating group sessions and counselling clients.

Foundation House is an alcohol, drug and gambling addiction treatment centre run by the Construction Industry Drug & Alcohol Foundation. Founded nearly 20 years ago, Foundation House is a not-for-profit organisation that takes an empathetic approach to rehab. We are one of the only residential rehabilitation centres in NSW that offers shorter-term stays, which allows people to reconnect with their home and working lives sooner.

Position Requirements:

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in the Drug & Alcohol Sector
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Minimum Diploma AOD or equivalent)
• Demonstrated knowledge of 12 step programs preferably in a residential setting
• Counselling and group work experience
• Sound communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good computer and administration skills
• Flexible work hours
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current Drivers Licence

Remuneration will be based on SCHADS Award.
