Community Interlink is providing services across the North East and is growing to meet the demand across the region. The Program Manager role is an opportunity for an appropriately skilled person to work with the Community Interlink leadership team to manage a team of Case Managers, NDIS Support Coordinators, Service Support Coordinators and Intake and Duty officers.
This role will be a key position to prepare for the incoming Aged Care reforms. A Manager with experience in health and Change Management would be advantageous. Your role will provide challenges and rewards while Community Interlink navigates through Age Care and NDIS care coordination.
In this role you will have opportunities to build your networks through the region and gain an understanding of our Consortium model.
