ABOUT THE ROLE

In conjunction with the Program Manager Aged Care and Disability, the Senior Clinician will:

  • Monitor activity requirements for clinicians within the ACRAS Team.
  • Provide strategic direction for clinicians and the ACRAS Team more broadly to meet activity and budget requirements as well as the needs of Gateway Health and the community.
  • Complete performance appraisals for ACRAS Team.
  • Support the Program Manager with the recruitment of new staff to the ACRAS team as required

ABOUT YOU

If you are passionate about and experienced in the Aged Care sector, and enjoy developing the staff in your team, we are keen for you to join us.

To be successful in this role you will bring;

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relevant professional qualification in nursing or allied health with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Working knowledge of the aged care system and reforms.

(Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Classification: CN 6

Victorian Stand Alone Community Health Centres Allied Health

Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2021-2022

Classification: Grade 3
