Commencing as a part time position this will potentially move to full time for the right person.

About the role

The Plan Manager assists with the payment of providers on behalf of the NDIS Participant. Processing of invoices, allocating correct NDIS Codes to ensure claims are from the correct NDIS budget category and monitoring of the individual budgets.

Accurate allocation of correct categories and prices on all invoices as per the NDIS price guide is critical.

Skills & Experience

Highly desirable but not essential

  • Formal bookkeeping qualification
  • Previous NDIS experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret invoices & trouble shoot errors
  • Understanding of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the funding breakdown & pricing guide
  • Allocate the correct categories for providers
  • Identify errors on invoices from other providers
  • Monthly updates
  • Excellent phone manner

We are seeking a person with maturity, can think outside the square to trouble shoot a problem and find a suitable solution. Needs to be driven, self-motivated, have a friendly and empathetic personality, able to listen and complete tasks in an efficient and timely fashion.
