An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator with a strong background in office support to join our team as an Administration Assistant in our Wollongong office.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will complete varied work, including:
- Reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting visitors;
- Communicating with staff and responding to enquiries;
- Editing and formatting of written reports to ensure a professional standard and presentation;
- Enter data into the client database (CRM/Integrate) and maintain electronic records and oversee data quality;
- Participate in WH&S activities such as training, inspections, investigations, evacuation drills, WH&S meetings and risk assessments as required; and
- Other administrative and coordination duties such as project work, booking travel and accommodation arrangements, office and stock supplies and mailing duties.

The Selection Criteria:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support environment is highly desirable;
- Completion of an administration qualification would be highly regarded;
- Superior customer service skills and ability to liaise professionally and sensitively with clients whilst maintaining confidentiality;
- A friendly and flexible approach - a real team player;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with a range of people internal and external to the organisation;
- Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Ability to organise, prioritise and complete the duties assigned; and
- Capability to work under the direction of others, work alone and to take ownership of tasks to meet the needs of the team.
