Guide Dogs NSW/ACT is the leading Australian provider of Guide Dogs and orientation and mobility services for people with low vision or blindness. We are looking for a passionate engagement builder with exceptional and professional communication skills for our Fundraising Engagement team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing engaging, respectful and positive supporter experiences via the phone, email and letter
• Delivering a 'Gold Standard' of service for every customer engagement
• Resolving enquiries from our Donors and Supporters
• Achieving accuracy and speed in data entry, donation processing and reconciliation tasks
• Guiding supporters to purchase from our catalogue
• Collaborating with the business to ensure Supporter enquiries requests are fulfilled and an outstanding experience is given
