Guthrie House is a community-based drug and alcohol support and transitional service for women involved in the criminal justice system and their accompanying children.
Based on Gadigal land in Sydney’s Inner West, we currently have an opportunity for you to join our team as our Mental Health Worker where you will provide professional mental health support to the clients of Guthrie House to maximise rehabilitative opportunities that facilitate re-integration into suitable community-based accommodation.
The salary is per the SCHADS Award 2010 – Level 3.4 with salary packaging available if part time and 25% casual loading if casual.

In the context of COVID-19 we are continuing to deliver residential services face to face. We have infection control policies in place and a Business Continuity Plan and Safety Plan that are regularly reviewed.
Under the current Public Health Orders all workers of Guthrie House are classified as health workers and are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
