The opportunity

Your role will be to support the senior leadership team in specialised financial analysis and insights related to the strategic, business transformation and innovation objectives. Working in a highly collaborative team environment you will be part of an impactful contribution to HESTA’s business transformation and strategy.   

A key part of this role is partnering with the Senior Leadership Team (including the CEO and COO) to analyse and assess key strategic opportunities by providing financial data led insights and analysis. To succeed in this role, you will need a proven background in business analysis and experience working with senior leaders. You will display exceptional financial analysis and business acumen skills as well as strong written and verbal communications capability. Ideally you will have a broad skills base and experience with aligned tertiary qualifications
