We have an exciting opportunity to join our Member Engagement team as a phone based Superannuation Adviser based in Melbourne.
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player who is experienced in providing personal advice on superannuation and strives to deliver the best member experiences for our members.
You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy building rapport and empowering members by exploring their needs and providing quality advice over the phone.
You will be providing personal advice to members on HESTA’s products and services.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have at least an advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) and were listed on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register between 1st January 2016 and 1st January 2019.
You will also need to commit to work towards the FASEA education standards and exam and a strong compliance history is non-negotiable.
