POSITION SUMMARY

The Learning Coordinator is accountable for end-to-end development and delivery of innovative learning solutions including needs analysis, curating content and evaluation of learning. The role is responsible for overseeing the induction and capability development of HOST staff with a focus on strengthening expertise, understanding of the HOST Vision and Practice Approach and fostering a culture of innovation. The position will also support operational staff with the development and implementation of external training resources.

Reporting to the Director of Practice Innovation, this position will support in the overall management and administration of HOST International’s Learner Management System (LMS365).

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Tertiary qualifications in Training and Assessment or adult education with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering online learning;
• Proven experience in identifying capability gaps and to support leaders in developing individual training plans to address them.
• High level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to foster good working and collaborative relationships.
• Ability to work under limited direction, including experience in planning, prioritising, and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office based computing applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint and administration of online learner management systems.
