Harbison is a not-for-profit organisation owned by the community of the Southern Highlands. Harbison was founded by a group of volunteers in the late 1950s to provide local, independent, high-quality care and accommodation for the aged and disabled in the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas.
Today we provide general and specialised care across a range of settings and are one of the largest employers in the Southern Highlands. This role will focus on driving Zero Harm values throughout the organisation by developing and implementing health and safety strategic and operational plans, managing and driving behavioural safety change and providing safety support and advice to stakeholders across Harbison.
The supporting function of this role will encompass facilitation of innovative projects that support sustainability, continuous improvement, and strategic direction of Harbison.
