Now, we’re on a mission to ensure that people living with disability can access the right support for the moments that matter for them and we want to support you to help us do that!

We are on the lookout for incredible support workers to join our brand new Accelerator program. As part of Accelerator, we will work with you one-on-one to turbocharge your first 8 weeks, helping you to get started and find great work while supporting Hireup clients with available shifts.

Through the Accelerator program, you will have:

• The security of a guaranteed income for your first 8 weeks
• Eligibility to earn financial incentives based on the hours of work and type of shifts completed
• Access to available shifts and flexibility in your schedule
• Access to a personalised coach who will support you to build a book of clients
• Access to training and coaching to build your skills

What we ask of you

As part of the Accelerator program, you will undertake support work in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, working a minimum of 10 hours per week and be willing to working both short and long shifts.

You will be available to work shifts between the hours of:

• 6am - 9am
• 3pm - 8pm
• Let us know your other preferences too!

You will also have:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Clearance, First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain this
• A full Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Experience in delivering personal care and complex support
• Open to new ways of thinking, curious about the different ways that people function and have well-developed social intelligence
• Somebody who uses initiative, is energetic, flexible, reliable and able to work alone while being part of a team
