We’re passionate about what we do, but we’ll try and keep the sales pitch brief: We're a Melbourne-based streetwear label and 100% of our profits go towards achieving our mission to support young people affected by homelessness or hardship.
We're on the hunt for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on our growth journey ahead! It's an exciting time at HoMie as we invest in our e-commerce space and continue growing our label as a national and international streetwear brand.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a performance marketing role responsible for optimising HoMie’s digital channels to provide an exceptional customer experience and help grow online sales. They will develop and execute digital ads, bespoke eDMs, and website updates. This person will collaborate with our content team to develop new and engaging content for all digital channels. They will support the Digital Marketing Manager in building new automated CRM lifecycle journeys to increase customer retention and drive repeat purchases.
If this sounds like you, hit us up!
We’re looking for someone who LOVES data. Who lives in it. Every day (or every few hours) you’re analysing the back end of all our digital marketing platforms to check on results and use various metrics to inform our content creation strategy. Based on your learnings, you will work with our content team to let them know what’s performing and what we need more of. Ideally, you're a campaign planner and data whiz with a finger on the pulse of creative trends.
This role is highly executional - you like putting your head down and getting it done! Bespoke eDMs and automated customer flows will be your baby, as well as creating and setting up all campaigns in our ads managers (both Meta and Google). You know what CPC, CPM and ROAS we should be hitting, and could tell us how we should go about running ASC, DPA, PMAX, DSA, traffic and conversion campaigns.
We’re actively working towards a fairer society. And we know that the diversity of thought, identity and lived experience on our team is essential to helping us achieve this. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disability and applicants from all cultural backgrounds to apply. We also welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness.
Evidence of working rights within Australia.
Willingness to complete a Working with Children check.
