The Health and Community Wellbeing department at Hume is looking for Direct Care Workers to provide Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services and Home Care Package (HCP) Services to assist eligible clients.
We are seeking passionate and committed Direct Care Workers to join our Aged and Disability Services. As a Direct Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting Hume's older residents and younger people with a disability, assisting them to live active, engaged and independent lives. As a Direct Care Worker at Hume City Council, you will provide Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support and Respite Care.
