Our values are heart, grit, and fresh, providing the foundations for the organisation to deliver positive impact. We are an organisation that is deeply committed to diversity and equity. We demonstrate this by creating a workplace that embraces and celebrates First Nations history and contributions, and employing people from diverse backgrounds and identities, who are committed to championing positive cultural and social change.
We strongly encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
We have a dynamic core team of consultants supported by numerous partners. This allows us to have an impact nationally. We work with a range of organisations, including community-based organisations, not-for-profits of varying sizes, peak bodies, and government agencies and departments with significant budgets and policy influence.
Our primary work is focused on the following sectors (and includes the intersections between):
- Health
