Position Purpose:

A JCAL Employment Consultant provides end to end support to JCAL candidates/participants by helping them prepare for employment, secure employment placement, and provide Ongoing support in the workplace. The goal being to ensure positive long term outcomes and career paths are achieved.

You will have a business and development background that will help you build new partnerships and maintain existing partnerships with local communities and employers. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

Experience in Employment Services is highly desirable but not a must.

We also welcome people who have worked previously in roles that rely on giving great service and achieving targets. The skills particular to roles in recruitment, sales and the  service industry will be suited to becoming a JCAL Employment  Consultant.

JCAL will provide full training, we will help you reinvent yourself  into a JCAL Employment Consultant!

• High level of computer literacy (word, excel, outlook)
