People and Culture is responsible for human resources, learning, practice and development, quality, governance, payroll, and the Jesuit identity of the organisation and is located at Central Office in Richmond.
This position will provide administrative support in a range of functions including core HR activities such as contract preparation, compliance, recruitment (including HRIS management) as required to meet operational requirements.
This position will suit an individual who has experience as either a HR Administrator or HR Officer role and is looking for their next career opportunity.
This is a full time or part time position (hours negotiable). We work in a hybrid environment however when we are in the office, the position is based in Richmond. There is a range of public transport options on our doorstep.
