Connexions seek to improve the quality of life of young people 16-28 years with concerns associated with mental illness and substance misuse.
Services include, flexible therapeutic counselling, assertive casework, risk assessment, advocacy, drug and alcohol interventions, information and referral.
Connexions seeks a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the Connexions Program in the role of an Integrated Dual Diagnosis Practitioner. The successful applicant will have an understanding of working with marginalised young people with a dual diagnosis and a commitment to assertive outreach.
The position is based in Sunshine with a significant component of the role provided in outreach settings.
This is a part time role (0.8 FTE), until 30 June 2022.
This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:
A base salary of $84,849 per annum (pro rata), plus superannuation, plus salary packaging is offered, together with ongoing professional and career development.
