Are you a legal editor looking for a career move? We are looking for a talented and skilled legal editor to join our highly accomplished Publications team.

This role is responsible for writing, editing and producing a wide range of educational and informative publications primarily for judicial officers in NSW.

A rewarding opportunity awaits for someone with substantial experience as a legal editor, including strong writing, legal research and verification skills and proven experience with XML publishing tools.

The successful candidate will contribute to the Judicial Commission’s current and emerging range of publications. The role offers:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • formal training in law
  • high level of knowledge and experience in digital publishing.
  • superior written and oral communication skills with proven ability to update legal content and loose leaf services
  • demonstrated ability to read and understand legislation.

*Total maximum remuneration package $114,019– $126,212 including salary range of $101,947 to $112,849 pa, employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading).
