As the Regional Manager, you will provide strong leadership to a devoted team that supports the local communities across the Fleurieu Peninsula, by creating positive and integrated outcomes for both homelessness case management and housing services to enable individuals to thrive. In the role, you will work collaboratively within the South Australian Homelessness Alliance County South consortia and will be responsible for delivering a high-quality effective service that meets both departmental performance and legislative requirements.
You are a passionate people leader who drives a positive culture and has the ability to communicate with staff in a supportive and collaborative manner. You are skilled in providing effective supervision that not only develops staff but ensures a caring and committed approach to service provision that aligns with organisational values and practices. Your knowledge and experience in social housing, homelessness, and the community services sector means you possess a sound understanding of case management principles, service planning, and effective coordination of program resources.
