As The Junction Works continues to grow, we now have an opportunity for Trainee to join the HR team. The role is based at our office in Austral, though there will be a need to work occasionally from other locations across Greater Western Sydney such as Seven Hills, Busby and Wattle Grove.
Some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
The Junction Works is seeking a recent school leaver, preferably residing in our foot print of Greater Western Sydney.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn. You will be prepared to undertake a Certificate IV in Human Resources in conjunction with your employment.
The ideal candidate will also bring an open and creative mindset to the position; show strong initiative and have intermediate computer skills! Strong organisational skills and the willingness to jump into any task at hand will also contribute to your success in these roles.
