Juno works with women (trans and cis) and non binary people and their children in Melbourne’s northern suburbs who are experiencing homelessness, family violence, or economic insecurity.
This is a part time position, with potential for flexible working arrangements, an attractive total remuneration package and access to salary packaging (PBI).
We are an independent, feminist organisation with a commitment to social change. Our work is led by frameworks of feminist, intersectional, and politicised trauma informed practice. Our approach to support is non-judgemental, evidence-based, and person-centred.
We recognise the many ways women and gender diverse people can be marginalised and the cumulative effects that multiple forms of discrimination can have. Juno is committed to ensuring that our team is reflective of the diverse community we serve and to supporting a culture of equity, inclusion, and diversity. We strongly encourage applications from all ages, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, women and gender diverse people, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, people with disability, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
