About the role

The St Laurence Park Retirement Living Manager role requires a talented, motivational leader who is passionate about working with seniors along with providing excellent management of the village across all areas which include but are not limited to, personnel, property, financial management and technology.

Using their communication and organisational skills, the St Laurence Park Retirement Living Manager will work towards building an open and transparent relationship with residents by providing leadership and sound business skills in the management of the village to ensure that St Laurence Park operates efficiently and to the highest of standards in order to meet the day to day needs of the residents and the owner of the village.

About you:

The successful candidate will

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in social work, disability, welfare, human services (or related field) and/or extensive experience in a relevant field;
  • Demonstrated and proven management of team;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and direct;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with older people, their families/carers, staff and other health professionals;
  • NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
