We're searching for a Lead Therapist with experience in parent coaching to join the team and accelerate our mission. 

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

• Part clinician, part innovator: Get the best of both worlds! Spend part of your time working hands-on with families, and part of your time partnering with our product and design teams
• Big impact: Work with us to create a more accessible, affordable therapy model for families stuck on waitlists or in regional and remote areas. We're using technology to drive scale.
• Part-time or full-time option: We are committed to schedules and locations that work for your life. We are open to a part-time or full-time model for the right candidate. Hourly rate for this role is $80-120 per hour.
• Opportunity to become a part owner: As a Lead Therapist, you'll have the option to become a part owner of the company.

THE CORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

• Lead the development and refinement of our Parent Coaching curriculum
• Support the creation of video content for parents
• Provide Parent Coaching through telehealth
• Support hiring and coaching of additional parent coaches

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• At least 5+ years experience working with children with autism
• Experience with parent-implemented intervention methodologies (including P-ESDM)
• APRHA registered in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Tech savvy and confident in using digital tools for clinical practice
