The Early Years Hubs (opening soon) are purpose-built facilities where practitioners work in a multi-agency way with a focus on providing high quality integrated early years services in the community, supporting families and nurturing the learning and development of children.

About the Opportunity

This is your opportunity to join an amazing early years team with a great reputation whose focus is working together as One Team for children and families in the Knox community. This role will work with the Senior Team Leaders to provide leadership and support to the Integrated Early Years Hubs Team and work collaboratively across the Family & Children’s Services Department.

This is a true opportunity to be part of an exciting new beginning for our team from the very start. The role of Team Leader Integrated Early Years Hubs will work to support the work of transitioning existing early years services to the new hub locations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated skill and capacity in leading a large multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, evidence-based, integrated and collaborative approaches within early childhood settings.
• Well-developed knowledge and understanding of early years and family support services (including licensed services such as preschool and long day care).
• Demonstrated understanding of National Education & Care Services National Regulations, Education & Care Services National Law Act and National & Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Frameworks.
