At Latrobe Community Health Service you’ll be part of a positive and passionate workplace. We’re dedicated to providing you with career opportunities through work that is rewarding and meaningful within the community.
As an Early Childhood Coordinator you can have a life-changing impact for young children and their families. You will be part of a diverse transdisciplinary team of allied health and early childhood professionals. You will implement the NDIS Early Childhood Approach to support children under seven years of age who have a developmental delay or disability, and their families/carers. You will support families to help children develop the skills they need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their life.
Your role as an Early Childhood Coordinator will include providing information and linkages to mainstream and community supports, providing early connections and early supports and assisting families to request access to the NDIS (and develop an NDIS plan) where appropriate. A focus of this approach is to ensure that children receive the individualised supports they require according to their needs and circumstances.
You will be required to undertake the NDIS Worker Screening Check if you are successful for employment with Latrobe Community Health Service.
