Due to higher than anticipated demand in NDIS Local Area Coordination Services, LCHS are currently recruiting dedicated Local Area Coordinators to join our team in Southern Melbourne. We are seeking organised and engaging professionals who are ready for a rewarding and challenging role supporting people with disabilities accessing the NDIS.
LCHS is working in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency to deliver the NDIS across Southern Melbourne. The NDIS is the largest social reform in Australia since the introduction of Medicare - and we need your to help make it happen.
As a Local Area Coordinator, you will support NDIS participants in understanding the scheme, planning and implementation of funded supports. We value professional hard working people who want to make a difference and connect people living with disability to the NDIS, and to their community.
You will be required to undertake the NDIS Worker Screening Check if you are successful for employment with Latrobe Community Health Service.
