About the Role

We are looking for people to work with adolescents in a Residential setting. You will actively support their individual needs, providing day to day care and supervision. You will also support them in activities of daily living and be part of developing, implementing and monitoring their Individual Plans.

Residential Support Workers work in a team environment to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes, supporting and promoting their skills and abilities.

Multiple positions available and based in Kempsey NSW Casual & Part Time Available.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Certificate III in Community Welfare or similar
• A current Senior First Aid Certificate
• A current unrestricted Driver Licence
• Ability to work various shifts (sleepover & active nights) throughout the week including weekends
• Prior knowledge and/or experience working with young people

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
