As Manager, Inclusion and Social Procurement you will lead a dedicated and passionate team in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve diversity and social procurement of goods and services for LXRP and other rail projects. You will inherit a number of highly successful inclusion programs, as well as playing a part in improving social outcomes in the delivery of major complex transport infrastructure projects by:
You are an experienced leader, and enjoy motivating and mentoring a team to achieve diversity and inclusion outcomes. You are someone that is passionate, and values driven. You strive to create positive change in the diversity and inclusion space and deliver strong outcomes for the community. You have experience working in the diversity and inclusion space, particularly when it comes to procuring goods and services in a way that provides the best ethical outcomes and opportunities for the business and the community.
