What to expect from an ABS Operations Manager position?

• Managing revenue growth and profit achievement
• Business development support
• Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, as well as relationship building and customer relationship management
• Asset management, maintenance, and efficiency
• Document management and control
• Undertaking Ecological report writing

Who are we looking for?

• Highly effective planning, organisation, and problem- solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven experience in a similar position within the Landscape Conservation industry
• Demonstrated capacity to meet client requirements, demonstrating diplomacy when problem solving in matters complex or sensitive
