LifeFul is looking for an Intake and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team!
Ideal location: Swansea, NSW but can consider Queensland or Melton.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Intake:
- Monitor and follow up referrals from various sources
- Conduct Intake Interviews with New Clients for onboarding
- Research and develop opportunities for new client referrals
- Manage all aspects of Lifeful’s CRM Hubspot
- Meet KPIs for referrals and client intake
2. Graphic Design:
- Assist with the execution of our marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO and Marketing Manager
- Identify and promote LifeFul at events, expos, and conferences
- Create content for digital, print, and social media
- Monitor and update social media channels
- Maintain marketing collateral and brand consistency
- Assist in SEO and SEM activities
- Coordinate internal and external marketing events
3. Systems
- Maintain and refine Hubspot workflows and associated tools
- Collaborate with website designers
- Provide backup support for VOIP phone system
Requirements:
- Immediate starter to work at our Swansea office location
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (365) and Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- Attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Independent yet collaborative work approach

- Appreciates humour and takes pride in work
Preferred:
- 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, design, journalism, or related field
- Background in sales and/or marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing practices (SEM, SEO, FB ads)
- Proficiency in graphic design
