About the role

Permanent full time position located in Newcastle with flexibility to work remotely, where you will receive and process NDIS payment requests. You will be joining our Supported Independent Living Quoting and Claiming team who have a fantastic team culture and work in a fast paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of NDIS payment requests
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of invoices to NDIS customers and Plan Managers
• Keep accurate records and maintain Payment Request Trackers
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and year end NDIS payment request data

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable within a high volume, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience in working autonomously, using initiative and applying problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and quality standards

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
