We support children, young people and families, people with disability, older people and people with mental illness. We work with people who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, through email and phone enquiries
• Coordinate the transactional/data entry processes involved with the processing of criminal history and background checking, on both current and potential employees, consultants, carers and volunteers;
• Maintain records and files in relation to probity and suitability checks;
• Assist management with various projects as required

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service focus;
• Demonstrated experience in working with high volume data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including peers, employees, Managers, and external organisations and government agencies; and
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
