About the Role

The role of Rostering Coordinator exists to administer the provision of accurate and current Rostering Support services to the Direct Services Team and to supported persons or their nominated representative.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Create and maintain accurate supported persons rosters in a timely manner and accordance with supported persons Schedules of Supports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and raise wider recommendations collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Payroll fortnightly to ensure accuracy of timesheets and minimise potential discrepancies.
  • Comply with Mamre’s obligations under the SCHADS award when scheduling employees.
  • Liaise with Direct Services Team Leaders to deliver finalised rosters.
  • Provide responsive rostering support and customer centric service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer information records
  • Generate and reconcile internal reports to assure accurate billing.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and timely communication of roster changes
  • Ensure collaboration and respectful communication with team members.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for support workers

KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in producing high-level responsive and accurate rosters across a medium size operation.
  • Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback in accordance with Mamre’s Vision, Values and Code of Conduct.
  • High-level attention to detail and analytical skills including the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated conflict resolution and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise under pressure.
  • Solutions focused mindset with proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of relevant industry awards and legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge in the use of relevant technology and workforce planning systems.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Community Services and Not-For-Profit (NFP) sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS/LICENCES/CERTIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • COVID-19 Infection Control Training
