This position of Executive Assistant to CEO is a full-time permanent appointment and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The primary role of the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO is to provide high level, accurate and timely executive support to the CEO and the broader Executive Team, supporting the organisation to achieve its purpose and organisational goals. The role is predominantly based in our Sydney CBD office, however, offers the opportunity to work from home on an ad-hoc basis, subject to Organisational priorities as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

We are seeking a professional with minimum five (5) years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO and Senior Management. The successful candidate will have highly developed relational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to hold confidential information and act with discretion and unquestionable integrity.
