We’re looking for a dedicated and inspirational leader to guide the team to deliver holistic services to young people in Orange. You will be able to walk into the role and run with the plans that have been developed through collaboration with the team and young people of Orange.

The role supports the team to deliver services under the four headspace streams: mental health, alcohol and other drugs, vocational and educational, physical and sexual health. Plus, is responsible for building on existing connections within the community; with other services, stakeholders and young people.

Who we are looking for

The successful applicant will be a proven leader who has:

• Administrative, financial, project management and leadership experience, preferably within a mental health service delivery context.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills that demonstrate integrity and initiative.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop strong, effective and sustainable relationships with stakeholders, including the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Current Australian driver licence and a willingness to travel for work purposes.
