Marist180 (www.marist180.org.au) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to creating positive change for vulnerable young people and their families. Following a successful application to deliver the Intensive Therapeutic Care contract (replacing Out of Home Care in NSW), Marist180 is now seeking applications from a dynamic, collaborative and analytical leader who preferably has experience within the Residential arena.
The Senior Operations Manager position is a newly formulated role that we are very excited to be launching.
Working across our Therapeutic Care Residential Services, Unaccompanied Humanitarian Minors (UHM), Homelessness, Crisis Accommodation and Outreach Services, your main duties will be to ensure exceptional service delivery standards, achieve performance and revenue targets, manage the implementation and delivery of the Marist180 Therapeutic Framework, and ensure operational tasks are completed to service standards, contractual requirements, legislation and accreditation requirements.
A key function of this role also includes stakeholder engagement, both within and outside of the agency.
Our ideal applicant is a person who is operationally driven with a strong sense of urgency, energy and determination to get the job done. Ideally you will be analytical, strategic and KPI’s focused. This person will have the ability to coach direct reports and emphasise on accountability. You will be expected to offer paramount support to your Managers; helping them achieve their full potential. It will be crucial for you to deliver positive outcomes via the use of excellent interpersonal skills to your advantage.
