About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic National Work for the Dole Manager to manage and support the overall activities within the Work for the Dole team in the achievement of successful job seeker outcomes through the Work for the Dole program.

As the National Manager this position will oversee a team of two and be responsible for all national Work for the Dole activities and contractual compliance. This position will be required to:

• Drive performance ratings in accordance with current contract objectives
• Monitor and manage current trends to inform and forecast key future trends and strategies
• Optimisation of Work for the Dole placement opportunities
• Budget and resource management
• Implementation and training of policies, procedures and initiatives aligned to the Work for the Dole program

Critical to the success of this position will be demonstrated organisational and time management skills, an ability to build and maintain relationships and previous leadership experience, particularly in an employment services environment. Previous exposure to the Work for the Dole program will be highly regarded.
