Partners in Wellbeing is a three tiered wrap around support program focussed on mental health and wellbeing, financial counselling and business advice for small business owners impacted by the pandemic. We offer free and confidential support to small business owners through access to qualified expert business advisors. A business advisor will work with a small business owner to help with challenges and opportunities for their business, provide assistance to understand their position and develop business plans for the future.

The Program Support Officer will deliver critical administration, reporting and program support activities for the length of the deed executed with the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions. This is a full time, three month contract role, with the possibility of extension.
They will assist with program reporting, data entry, maintain program databases, coordination of enquiries, scheduling appointments, produce action plans and provide general administration support to the program.

Melbourne Innovation Centre is one of Victoria’s original and longest running business incubators. Its prime objective is to support start-up and growing businesses, offering affordable space and intensive support and mentoring. Over 20 years, Melbourne Innovation Centre has grown from a single Business Incubator, into multiple established incubators across Melbourne’s north.
Melbourne Innovation Centre’s business incubators are home to approximately 80 client businesses, ranging from horticulture, environmental technologies and costume design, to sculpture and agritech. The incubator site provides client businesses with a combination of open space, warehousing and office space.
Melbourne Innovation Centre works closely with the local government, economic development organisations, TAFEs and Universities to nurture and develop start-ups and small businesses. In turn, graduate businesses successfully enter the wider business community, supporting local economy and providing sustainable employment opportunities.
Melbourne Innovation Centre also oversees several high scale Government programs Australian Small Business Advisory Services and Bushfire Business Recovery Advisory Services.
To assist and stimulate long term economic and sustainable employment in Melbourne’s northern region and beyond through support of new and existing small, start-up and scale-up enterprises.
