We have an opportunity for Part Time Community Support Workers to join our Community Home Support Team in positions available across the Perth Metro area. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
You will be providing high-quality support within our clients’ homes to encourage and promote independence and facilitate connections with others. Duties may include personal care, social support, medication assistance, domestic assistance and transport. Importantly, the role is varied, rewarding and relies on compassion and an ability to build real relationships with the people we support.
