The primary purpose of these roles is to develop, deliver and assess mandatory competencies, training and professional development for clinical and aged care staff. In conjunction with stakeholders, identify learning gaps/needs and drive yearly learning needs analyses.
These hands-on roles present an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team that is dedicated to the delivery of Person-Centred clinical care. You will thrive in this role if you have strong understanding of nursing within an aged care environment in conjunction with presentation, research, written and technical skills in order to meet the development needs of staff with varying backgrounds and learning styles. This position involves regular travel to our network of care facilities.
